POSITION / DESIGNATION

We are looking for a Graduate Engineer Trainee Fresher for the CIVIL Domain.

 

Role- Graduate Engineer Trainee-Civil | Civil Engineer Fresher

Qualifications: – B-Tech/B.E. CIVIL ENGINEERING/Diploma

Experience- 0 to 2 years

Job Location- Jharkhand,Odisha,Kolkata.

Responsibilities-

  • Adhere to established design guidelines and procedures.
  • Analyze design issues and recommend corrective actions.
  • Perform civil design analysis and calculations according to project requirements.
  • Manage design projects within allotted timelines and budgets.
  • Perform design changes and improvements according to changing project demands.

EXPERIENCE

  1. Experience in Software Development Management.
  2. Experience in Distributed computing, Data Structure, OOP’s concepts, Design patters.
  3. The person should have experience in designing, architecture, development as well as technical.
  4. Experience in excellent team management skills like 20-30people.
  5. Candidate will need to have exposure on engineering excellence and performance metrics.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Leading highly talented technology teams responsible for building and owning complex services from India.
  2. Should be able to manage Managers, very senior engineers, QA etc in the team.
  3. Delivery of highly available and highly reliable software.
  4. Inculcate a culture of innovation and operational efficiency in the team.
  5. Responsible for the direction of the new Registration platform.
  6. Influence, collaborate and communicate effectively with various leaders in organization
  7. Hiring, growing and retaining a strong team keeping with high bar.

SKILLS:

  1. Candidate should be knowledge on technical skills like C,C++,Java etc.
  2. The ideal candidate is a business and tech-savvy, analytical manager with a verifiable track record of managing and delivering enterprise projects on time and within budget.
  3. Candidate must have a strong customer focus and excellent expectation management abilities.
  4. Candidates must demonstrate proactive technical leadership, strong verbal and written communication skills, and a proven ability to multi-task and manage stress effectively in a fast-paced environment
